There is no solution to the issue of problems.

1. True Knowledge of the substantial nature of universe, is
   incomplete and in principle shall always remain so.
   Therefore at least some problems shall always be  
   impossible for us to comprehend and solve.

2. The structure of intelligent personalities is created  
   through interfacing physically and socially in Universe,  
   and is shaped by events, "positive" and "negative".
   "correct" and "incorrect" solutions to physical and social
   field problems.

3. All solutions are temporary expedients, often created with little thought
    and the least expenditure of energy possible. Inevitably this leads to "The Solution"
    developing into "The Problem".
